Two months ago or three
I was on a boat at the sea.
I stood on the deck and suddenly
I felt as free as a melody!
I looked at nature with new eyes
and began to realize
how wonderful it is created!
There were millions of waves
nearly as peaceful as graves,
they all had different colours
and moved and moved around us.
I held my hands up high
and began to cry.
I really tell you no lie:
For one moment I could fly!

Wonderful!
I will get up, too!

Das in deutsch und als Reim wäre Klasse, aber in englisch kommts auch super rüber.

Übersetzung

Ein wirklich schönes Gedicht, habe versucht, es zu übersetzen. Bitte um Eure Meinung.
Zwei Monate ist es her
auf einem Schiff im Meer.
Ich stand an Deck in Euphorie,
spürte der Freiheit Melodie.
Sah die Natur ganz neu,
mit bewundernder Scheu
die grossartige Vollkommenheit!
Da waren Millionen von Wellen,
fast friedlich wie Gräberparzellen,
in Farben so mannigfaltig
wogten und wogten sie vielgestaltig.
Ich streckte die Hände hoch empor,
begann zu weinen wie niemals zuvor.
Und ich behaupte ohne zu lügen:
Einen Moment lang konnte ich fliegen!
