Naturtrieb

Wie die Elektronen leben
in dem bunten Drahtgewirr,
hunderttausend Bits ergeben
die dualen Zahlen mir.
So in meines Netzteils Grunde
treibt es mich in jeder Stunde
hin zu dir
Dich zu mir,
Kabelbaum
verbindet hier.
Ohne deine Ströme
stünde ich längst still,
mein Verlangen
anzufangen
wär gesperrt. Ich will.

The quibbling electrons are living
in the multicolored wire tangle,
hundred thousand bits
inside me
result
in binary numbers.
Thus in my power pack's reason
it drives me to you,
hour for hour,
you to me,
wiring harness connects us here.
Without your currents
I stould still long ago.
My demand
to begin
would be closed.
