od' et amo - quar' id faciam fortasse requiris
nescio - sed fieri / senti' et excrucior
do you?

Catulli Carmina.

Ich werde den Titel ändern (lassen).

Danke für den Hinweis

I rejoice and I groan

why I should do this
you might ask

but that is happens
I trust my guts and it haunts me

Lieber Herbert

this line

but that is happens

makes no sense for me, it sounds terribly denglish

do you mean to say, that is how it happened
or - but that is happening
or - but this did happen

of course it could also be the case you wanted to create a break, so one would stop there and start thinking in depth

cheers

Liebe Label,

Would

"but happening it is"

be an improvement?

If not, I will probably switch to

"but that it is happening"

Trying to translate from Roman to English is a challenge to a German native speaker ...

Best regards

Herbert

what ho Herbert :)

Yeah! "but happening it is"

sounds good

if you wanted to switch to "but that it is happening" you would have to loose the it and it would still sound a bit stiff

Du kennst die Fassung von E. Pound?

I hate and love. You may ask why I do so.
I do not know. But I feel it and suffer.
